Hi, my I just purchased this TV recently upgraded from an old Sony TV. This Hisense is connected to cable TV using a coaxial cable to the supplied cable box. Almost every time I turn on the TV I can hear the sound of the channel but there's no picture. I change channels using the remote for the cable box and still there's sound but no picture.
However, when I use the Hisense remote to change input mode going to say HDMI 1 and then going back to TV the problem is fixed. I did not have this problem at all with my old Sony TV. Does anyone know where the problem lies?
