52" sony or samsung????

I'm about to buy a 52" lcd... and stuck between the w4000 sony and the 656 Samsung.... going round in circles , I can get the Samsung for about 1500 with 5 yr warranty and sony for 1700 with 5 yr warranty.... and if the sonys better is it £200 better??? ..... thanks for any help.

Or you could get a set which is WAY better than both for only a little more.

Check out TLC broadcast and the pioneer Kuro 5090, at around £1750 for the panel, or inc the undermount speaker and stand ~£1900. Far superior tv to the others, especially in blacks, the accuracy of the picture, and SD by a country mile.
