Philips 50pus7504 not native 4k using a pc

Hello,
I connected my 7504 to the pc using different hdmi cables (high speed) and a nvidia 1080ti.
The problem is that the nvidia panel says is 1080p native, but let me use 4k modes (i suposse are upscaling).
The hardware says is using philips ftv but in drivers it says generic pnp monitor.

I have tried everything (related on tv- hdmi optimal- etc) reinstaling drivers (clean mode) but always says that tv is 1080p native in nvidia panel (but offer me 4k modes too).

using monitor asset manager software says the same:

What can I do? some other philips user, can tell me if once connected to the pc, it offer 4k as native mode? also the tv apperars as generic pnp - philips ftv?

can some one with a 4k philips, tell me what see in nvidia control panel resolutions?
3840 x 2160 appears as native?

What in hardware devices/ monitor (under control panel of windows 10) detects the philips tv as generic pnp?
