Hello, I am having an issue playing Xbox one x games on my 50PUS6703/12. On another 1080p TV the console is perfect, but when running on my 4k TV I experience stuttering in games, where it can almost freeze for 3-4 seconds then goes back to normal. Very frustrating and I am in the process of replacing console, but can I have some ideas for the TV?,things I've tried.

    *trying different HDMI cables
    *using game mode
    *turning off all enhancements
    *resetting Xbox one x
    *calibrate TV

At the end of my wick here, really appreciate if someone can help me cheers.

Wish I could offer a solution, I'm using the exact tv in question with a ps4 Pro and I've never had an issue, maybe its the console at fault?

Obvious but have you removed power to tv to reboot it ? does it happen when playing a 4k movie ? or you could download 4k movie clip to usb and see if that plays ok
( I am no expert and do not own an Xbox just trying to help )

Did you turn any certain settings on or off?...hopefully the new Xbox is better...is it more likely the Xbox is bad or the TV?

Hmm I find the monitor mode really dull looking and washed out,but once it starts stuttering il switch to monitor mode and see what happens

I'm afraid I have no idea.

I have gamed a fair bit on mine and no issue at all.

Is it only in 4k mode?

If you force your xbox to output in 1080p does it still do it?

On this TV even when set to 1080p it still stutters, but on my old 1080p TV its fine..very odd,as movies work perfect on the 4k tv
