50HZ or 100HZ

Hello lads,

My father bought a Samsung LeE32M87BD today from Comet and was told that it had a 100hz processor, however, on the label at the back of the TV it clearly states 50HZ. This is on the white label with all the serial number, model code etc.

I double checked the model code and the TV is a def LE32M87BD and code LE32M87BDX/XEU.

I'm a little unsure as to whats goin on here, why would it have 50HX shown, when it is supposed to be a 100HZ.

Any ideas anyone??

50hz is the frequency of the mains input.

100hz is the picture processing of the set. Samsung 100hz processing, by the comments by owners appears to be rubbish. So I'd just get a standard model.
