50hz 42WH23P or 100hz 42WH36P Toshiba RPT ?

    I would appreciate your advice before purchasing one of the above models, basically having read through many of the posts I can't decide between the purer quality of 50hz or the supposed advantages of 100hz with both options having the numerous concern issues raised. I'm leaning towards the 50hz but I somehow feel that I could be missing out and would end up regretting making the wrong choice, basically I'm confused.

    I had some convergence issues with my 42WH36 when I first got it but after the service level convergence was done it was great.

    Mines now well run in and the picture on Sky and with DVD's is superb.
    Even taped Sky programmes on my Tosh 752 VCR are excellent

    Get one. You won't be dissappointed.

    I've got one of the slightly older 50" 100Hz sets,and the picture quality when properly set up is superb.
    No smearing,ghosting,or artefacts.

    You should certainly compare both 50 and 100Hz sets if you have any doubts,but I'm very happy with the one we have.
