I am now in the process of mounting my 505XDE onto a Vogels wallmount. At the moment the plasma is connected to the wall mount via the six fixing bolts on the back of the screen but it is sitting too low. To gain the extra five inch lift i need i will have to drop the bracket onto the next set of fixings below what i am sitting on now, however, the panel will then only be fixed to the bracket with four bolts instead of six. Is this still strong/safe enough to hold the panel? I cant raise the position of the Vogel mount on the wall as this is situated tight under the sill in a bay window.
    Thanks for your help,

    Dan :)

What a doofus! :p Just read the manual properly & it clearly states that its o.k to mount on minimum of four bolts. Doh!!

I hung my panasonic with 2 bolts, my father in law proved that one would be enough to hold the weight by hanging off it, he is 17 stone!!
