I have a Radeon 7500 and would like it modded to BNC output rather than using a breakout cable.
I recall reading that someone on the Forums does it- can anyone tell me who and what the mod consists of?
    Cheers

    I haven't actually seen the mod - but 5 BNC's must surely be R,G,B
    + Hsync & Vsync.

Jeff: Mike Parker over at AVS does it. It is more than just a BNC socket mod though. If you just want to go from HD15 to 5BNC I am pretty sure I can get a link to a company that do a PCB adaptoer that hangs off the HD15 output.

Jeff, Fatrich has just sent his 9500 off to Mike Parker for the MP-1 mod (filter removal, 5 x BNC's etc) maybe an idea to wait and see if he feels it made a difference, I expect it does and probably significant but there is a lot of hype surrounding modding cards and the results would only really noticeable with high quality projection.

Also Mark Grant does filter removal mods.

Yes that is the sort of thing I was looking at but will be interested in the result of fatRich's mod by Mike Parker - does this involve adaption to 5xBNC?

    Gordon

Do you have the link to "a company that do a PCB adapter that hangs off the HD15 output", please?

Presumably, this will be somewhat superior to a VGA -> x5 BNC break-out, but can someone explain why, please?

    Thanks.
