5 metre- coponant cable

    I want to hook up my dvd player to my t.v using a 5mtr Supra av3 componant connection,i'm worried i will lose a bit of signal quality over this length,can anybody help?

    don't worry, greater than 5m there are some other solutions though ........

    I am current testing a pile of devices called Baluns which allow REALLY long lengths over CAT 5 'computer' cable by converting the signal to balanced style operation. Initial tests look very promising but aimed at enthusiast who want to pipe stuff around houses, long lengths etc. By long 100m is easy....I will write these up as a review, there are always alternatives :)
