    I have 2x 75W bookshelf speakers with 1x 5 1/4" mid/woofer each,
    and 1x 150W centre with 2x 5 1/4" mid/woofers.

Can these be put together to form a front sound stage, given that the centre is twice as powerful as the left and right?

The center channel with dual mid-bass drivers often has higher power handling figure and if you were to look those numbers make sure they are both printed as RMS (continuos). Though i would be less worried about those, more what speakers / models are you using there? Are they different brands / models, give us more information.

Model consistency is important across the fronts. As above what are the speaker model.

They are AE100i bookshelf speakers which I've had for 20 years, and a centre AE107c which I bought recently - so same range, and the mid/woofers look identical. (Acoustic Energy)

Yes I would say they will work as the front soundfield. Any differences in volume will be solved by the receivers EQ system.
