I have to get a new Webstar modem (black one as opposed to white) when I went to 10M last week.

Just down the road from Castlecary and there's no update here.

Modem is still the SB4100 which should still be ok for 10 MB

I was only getting the 3.7 mb too Greatscott until I took the power cable out from the back of the modem, waited a minute or so then rebooted.

phone 150 and brass your case, ask them what speed you should be getting at the moment.

thing is this is a free upgrade so there is no real comeback

you will drop down to 2mb between 4pm and 10pm anyway

i get around 23mb but drop down to 5mb between those times

William, already done that, pulled the plug out three time and still only getting 3.something Mb.

Might leave it out over night and see what happens.
Should i Reboot my router as well?

you probly know but just in case, make sure the modem is conected by ethernet cable and not the usb, the usb will only go to 4mb while the ethernet handles 20mb+.
