Hi All

I'm looking for a 4K blu ray player. Must have HDR compatibility. Region modified would be a bonus and I'd pay extra.

Looking for something like the LG UBK(?)90 or Sony UBP-X700 or Sony UBP-X800M2. Along those lines or whatever you have.

Not fussed on condition so long as it works and price reflects it! :)

I'm in Ireland but have a UK forwarding address.

Thanks!

Thanks for this. Looks like a good player but I'm looking more for a Sony or LG if possible. Mainly for HDR 10, Dolby Vision and HDR 10+ if possible.

What kind of figure are you asking out of curiosity?

Does your Phillips do DV and HDR10+? You may be dipping out on some players by asking for all these formats :)

It doesn't do DV but does do HDR10 and 10+ as well as HLG. It's more a futureproofing feature I'm looking for really. Not a dealbreaker as such. :)

Sounds tempting. My telly can't do DV (Philips Ambilight).

Any photos etc? Condition? Thanks!
Very good condition, no box but comes with remote, has mild signs of use. You won't be disappointed.

Thanks for this. I was very tempted but I was hoping to install a Blu Ray region mod chip on it and I notice there isn't one available for this particular model (at least not from where I want to buy the mod from).

Thank you though for the great offer.

Hi
Sorry for late reply.
Would be looking for £60.
Not sure if it supports the mod chip you intend to use?
Cheers

Thanks for this. Unfortunately that model doesn't work with the mod chip I'm looking at. Thank you though for the offer.

Do you mean is Apple TV available on those players? I'm not 100% sure.

Personally I'm not fussed about the player becoming a streaming device. Some DNLA may be nice to have though but not essential. I'm just after the ability to make the BR multi region, excellent audio capability and of course UHD playback.

Anyone got something for sale?

I have a Sony UBP-X700 that I could be up for selling. Bought from Richer Sounds in Jan of this year, used sporadically throughout the year (mostly playing Infinity War and Frozen on Blu-ray!) and in great condition.

Thanks for this. Any ideas on price? Has it suffered any of the rumoured freezing issues?

I have a Sony UBPX800 for £165. That will be inclusive of delivery if no more than £15. It’s in full working order and excellent condition, boxed with remote control and HDMI Cable
