4K player and Dolby Atmos issue

I have the Samsung M9500 player and have found a couple of times it doesn’t seem play in Dolby Atmos when the disc does have the option. I do eventually get it to work after restarting a couple of times. It did it yesterday with Saving Private Ryan, where the listening mode on my Onkyo said it was DTS Neutral X. I flicked through the options but no Dolby Atmos. I rebooted twice and eventually it found the Dolby Atmos.

However, I’m now trying to watch BBC’s Dynasties, which states it has Dolby Atmos and there is no option for it.There are no options on the discs menu for settings either for audio which the discs usually have. I’ve rebooted numerous times and still no Dolby Atmos.

Any ideas?

Never mind. Just read Dynasties 4K isn’t Dolby Atmos, it’s only the Blu Ray disc which is DA.
