I recently purchased a 49KS7000 which i had to return to the shop due to the plastic film on the tv not fully coming off the screen (See Pictures - bottom 1/4 of screen). they are now sending me a replacement TV (Same model) and have said it should be okay to remove it on the new TV.
Considering the issue i had with the first one they sent i am concerned about trying to remove it off the new TV and i have also wondered whether it was supposed to be removed in the first place? Could it be a filter of some sort that is part of the TV?
any advice would be appreciated!
