I'm looking for a 49/50'' TV under 600£ especially used for SD/HD channels but sometimes for viewing movies from an external source (eg. from notebook).
I would like an IPS panel(for viewing angles) with 100Hz.

What i've found until now with 100Hz in this budget: Philips 49PUS6561(i heard that it has a lot of problems) and Samsung 50J6282.

In attachements i put a list with models that i've found. Which one is better? Or are there any models better than this ones in this budget?
    Thanks a lot!

The Philips is the only TV that matches your criteria.
The Samsung you mentioned I'm pretty sure uses a 60hz VA panel.

In 2017 there aren't any models that match your criteria either, you'd need to reach the price of the LG SJ800/SJ810.

Maybe you can find a Sony XD83 series from last year?

Probably the Sony XE70 or WE70 if you want FHD.

But I would still buy the Philips over those TVs in your situation. It may have review complaints, but you will find that with every tv.

A lot of the complaints on IPS type TVs is due to bad screen uniformity, something that is a lot worse in general between TVs with IPS type panels compared to VA. No one brand or model really ranks higher than the other when it comes to screen uniformity, its very much a case of luck of the draw, hence the panel lottery.
