46C8000 Vertical Lines?

Hi, my Samsung LED tv has sporadically developed three thin coloured lines down the left hand side of the screen a pixel or two wide, one white, one barely visible blue and a thin red. I've googled about but doesn't seem to be a common problem?! Has anybody else experienced anything similar? Is it doomed?

Here is a quick pic taken before the thinner lines developed.

I'm hoping it's a common fault/quick repair as the tv is otherwise fine so too good to discard(?) but too annoying to live with. I'm running out of rooms to relegate tv's to!

It's a 46C8000 btw, should have mentioned before..
