A bit off topic, but I too have been looking at the 434 since its launch, but as time goes on, I am looking more and more at the SD or HD Panny 6 - not because of these minor niggles (although they dont help) more in the way of the display suiting my needs more and generally preferring the picture...I am about to demo all models soon to be 100% sure of my decision, then looking to buy early Jan - I will report back on my day, after my visit (as did tbrar)

As for the green stuff - check out here...

I guess it will be the same for the UK 434, hopefully some other members will post...

Maybe people are just looking to hard? :suicide: (for problems that is ;))

I have most definitely not seen anything like that on my 434 that I had since November the 1st. Perhaps a silly thing to mention....but if you are using scart or even component, have you checked that they are plugged in / connected properly?

Perhaps anything changed by mistake on the picture advanced settings?

I can also confirm that there is definitively no green tint on my screen. I would return it to Pioneer...
