42pd7200 plus glass stand.

    hiya folks,

    i am going to buy A 42pd7200 in the next week or so and going to buy a glass stand with it.

    i was wondering if anybody new the best price and which one was the best,i was going for the alphason ad3/93s plus i have seen one in argos for about £99.

    the mesurements i was looking for was about 90/100mm wide and height up to about 50/55.

    Well i bought the 105s Alphason! the tv (without the speakers) fits nicley on it.. the 93 is a lot deeper (about 10cm) and is built to take a 32 CRT also

    The 105 was better for me :) yet nearly 3x more in price

    I have got an alphason ftv3/100/1g with just 1 glass shelf the middle one,bought from miller bros on special offer 3 months ago for £120.width 100cms,height about 57cms,I have my Hitachi 7200 on it with the speakers attached.

    hi folks,

    well just been to currys and picked myself a glass stand for £129.its called the 1050 model just the same as a alphason but cheaper,waiting for a plasma now.

    anybody got any pics of plasmas on stands plz. :lease:

    My missus bought me the Argos one.

    Well built (by myself) and good quality.

    I'd recommend it, no problem :thumbsup:
    And I'd say is perfect for the sizes you quote

    I think that's it in the previous post :confused:

    Is that the Argos one???
    Looks identical, except the lower gap looks slightly bigger than the top gap.

    I noticed your front left foot is slightly offset.
    You might want to sort that ;) :)

    Not the Argos one, its the Alphason AD3/105-S which came from John Lewis @ £350 :eek:

    Better not the wife see the Argos catalogue :laugh:

    i got my 105s from currys.... £249!

    then again... i did get the tv for £1980! yeeeha avit! :)

    What size screen is that? And what flatscreen model is it? Looks lovely on that stand.
