Hi
I'm torn between these two TV's - the J5500 is now available at a compelling price of £350 whereas the H6400 is still about £400. We are looking for a bedroom TV, so key needs are:
- Bigger screen is tempting, viewing point will be about 12' away
- Catch up services are important, as is Amazon Video and Netflix
- Sound quality must be decent, no soundbar or speakers planned
- Must be able to stream MP4's and MKV's from a local NAS
That last one is a key question. I know the J5500 runs a new OS (Tizen), can both old and new versions stream and play video content in various formats equally well?
Thanks
Bertie
