40 inch recommendations

Hi Would anyone have any recommendations for a 40inch led tv?
Im not really up to date anymore with the must haves etc. When I knew about tvs a fair bit it was all 100hz and 24p etc

Basically preferably samsung
40inch
1080p
<500
LED

3d not really important

Any recommendations?

I think there's a review in the review section. 3D on the older Sony's was rubbish by all accounts, but ok for 2D...
