    Hi all,

Am trying to help a mate buy a new plasma. He is after a new 40 - 42" plasma.

Nothing crazy money and only needs to be 720p so I am really looking for a budget/decent set. No real budget in mind but he isnt massively bothered about latest and greatest just something with a decent picture and good value (read a bit cheap!!)

    Cheers!

    Hi

    In a nutshell

    PIONEER KURO/FUJITSU = EXPENSIVE

    PANNY PX/ SAMMY(Qor C) = MIDDLE OF ROAD

    PHILIPS 5532 = CHEAPER

    regards

Panasonic TH42PX70, around £700 with the pedestal.

The price may be middle of the road, but the performance isn't.
