    Hi

Looking to buy a 40 / 42 in LCD for under a £1000. Will use it as my main TV and will move the Sky HD from the kitchen into the living room (already have a Tosh 37WLT68) so will have HD & SD source in that room.

Was looking at getting the Sony 40W4500 but having trouble finding one in stock and then getting JL to PM. Anyone advise any good alternatives. or a decent place to buy one.

How noticeable will the picture be from my Toshiba that is now 2 years old? I've been to a comet to look at the w4500 but always hard to tell picture quality as they split the feed.

Other choices are a Samsung or another Toshiba but open to ideas

    Any advice is greatly appreciated
