4 LED's - which one to go for?

I've trudged the usual high street retailers listening to the usual sales patter and have come up with a few options. I don't need 3D but it seems like it's not really an option if you want a high end TV.

Must have:
Full HD
40/42"
LED/LCD
>100Hz
Internet TV inc BBC iPlayer
WiFi - either integrated or via dongle

Nice to have:
Great aesthetics
Ambilight or equivalent (Philips TV's seem to miss the iPlayer feature??)
200Hz

I will use a Marantz AV amp for audio into a 5.1 Mordaunt Short surround set so sound is not a real issue for the TV to deal with.

I am also going to need a blueray player and will consider a PS3

TV's I am considering:
Sony KDL 40HX803 - as a kit with a blueray player and 3D kit for £1089
Sony KDL 40NX713
Samsung UE40C7000XKX
Samsung UE40C8000

Any advice or other TV's I should look at?

Cheers

Stuart

Why ambilight the correct way to back/bias light a tv is 65k white light at no more than 10% of the tvs peak white level.

I saw a Philips Ambilight TV in action a couple of years ago and was taken by how it drew you into movies. Seems like you are hard pressed to find anything equivalent these days with all the modern features
