I bought a 10m HDMI from a seller on eBay. My PS3 and DVD are both connected using it at 1080p. I paid £27 delivered.

There are quite a few sellers doing cables for that sort of money.

The 5m version is £17.99 plus £2.99 p&p - so well within your budget.

Just look for "ULTIMATE 5m GOLD HDMI METAL OFC Lead Cable 5 Metre HD"

I bought a 5m HDMI cable from Ryness for £17.99. I am pretty sure it's certified for 1080p too, although I can't test it at that.

/Edit/ The specs on the website confirm 1080p and you can get it instore at that price!
