3d tv led

I'm looking for one 3d led tv from 40" till 47"...
I will use it in my living room, for movies hd and 3d maybe/television sd/ and some games from pc

I can spend between 700£ and 1100£

i'm in US, but the UN46D6400 has 3d support and on sale at my local retailers around 1200$
