How is the 3D on the BenQ mate? Have you used it for gaming in 3D?

I went for the 3D3 glasses, delivered next day by the excellent people at TPS the perfect signal..
They synced straight away and the 3D on this looks great , on the big screen the effect is superb...

    Hi
Looking for some 3D glasses for my W1080St, reviews of the non Benq ones seem mixed at best. Would be interested to know if the BenQ ones you have are the rechargable or battery replacement version.
Also which e-bay supplier you used as I've not been able to spot them on e-bay.

    Thanks

Ive just received this morning another pair by Sainsonic, got them off amazon, I watched Gravity again and there was no problems at all.... The scenes that the 3d3 glasses flashed on all played fine with the Sainsonic's....

Can I ask for your opinion of the w1080st? Do you use it all for gaming?

I think its a great piece of kit, watched a lot of films recently and 3d is superb on it,I'm getting a 120" screen from about 6' away.. i have used it for gaming today, it was fine, fifa looked good on it, although i won't be using it all the time for gaming

Fifa is what I am really interested in so that's good... I was hoping for a 100" screen. Are the black levels good then? I've never had a pj before so excited..

At first i was disappointed a little with the black levels, but once i sorted the room out, made it dark as possible, changed some settings on the projector, and its just great now, watching films like this at home is a superb experience now, i find myself going back through my film collection and watching all my classics..

The rainbow effect is there, early on i saw it but now i think I've adjusted and it doesn't bother me at all, i also saw the effect on plasmas I've owned, but everyone who's been to my man cave is seriously impressed with the projector, a friend is saving for one now..
