Hi all, well . . just bought a Denon 3910 and what a lovely machine it is . . . But!!! Linking it to my 32PD3000 via component and switching 3910 to progressive results in no picture . . It almost looks like the PD3000 has some sort of OSD breakup . . I have made sure HDMI/DVI are off etc but no go. In Interlace I get a cracking picture . . I have used progressive before on the Hitachi with cheaper DVD player models but never had a problem before

Hope someone can shed some light. Im sure it's not a technical problem with the machine as everything else is great. . . Maybe an incompatibility . . ??

I do intend to get an HDMI tv soon but still would like to sort thiis out.

    Thanks
