Never set up a sub/sat speaker package before and am just about to wire my KHT 5005's to my Denon 3805 amp.
Anyone care to comment on fave settings and what to look out for?
Not sure about the sub crossover setting either.
I will wall mount the FL/FR sats on a centre line with the plasma with the center sat above. With the 2 rear L/R surrounds, am I right in thinking they should be mounted higher on the wall than the front sats, but pointing towards the listener?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

Set all speakers to small, all bass to the sub. Crossover on the Amp to 80hz and the Crossover on the Sub to MAX. The Rear Satellites should ideally be placed about 1-2ft higher than where your head would be at the listening position. They can either be placed directly to the side of your main listening postion or set slightly further back and angled in. As with most speaker positioning it's a case of experimenting to see which works best in your particular setup. :)
