Now that the 3805 is out and about, the 3803 seems very good value. What are the main differences here?

I understand that the 3805 can sound delay (for lipsynch issues) on a per input basis, can the 3803 do this?

I'm thinking of pairing this with some cheapish speakers to start with (as I don't want to buy a separate lipsynch solution) and buying something better in c. 6 months.

Any advice on this one, looking to spend as little as possible now, so that I can spend more later?

    TIA for any comments.

I should add that we do listen to a lot of music as well as TV (very, very little DVD use).

I do have a pair of Tannoy DC1000s (for those old enough to remember their dual concentric design) can I still use these or should I chuck them?
