    Ok....I know we've been here before. But I've had a brain wave will this work.

    Current Plan:

    VGA -> Media PC
    Scart -> SKY+ (RGB) + PS2 (Composite) chained
    HDMI -> DVD

    Brain Wave:

    VGA -> Through JS Box -> SKY+ (RGB) + PS2 (Composite) chained
    DVI -> Media PC
    HDMI -> DVD

    Will this give me the best possible picture for all my devices?

    Have I learned well from the Horny Dragon? :lesson:

    Cool.

    Is the PSX cable a Sony pheriperal......do I have to set any options in the PS2?

    Also, with it daisy chained, how do I get the PS2 picture....just turn the PS2 on and sky off?

    Am I right in assuming that the JS RGB solution is noticably better than the Panny Scart?

    What is your comment about PIP? Can you not get PIP sources from the VGA port?

    Thanks

    BJ

    OK......I just been and read the end of the HDMI thread. And I know this is cutains from SKY HD point of view, but what about getting the best picture from a DVD?

    Does this mean that it will play Region 1 discs fine, but have problems with PAL discs? Or will is handle both at a lower resolution?

    Should I still be holding out for digital DVD to Panel or is it now a no go with Progressive Scan to Component being the best format on offer?

    Will the HDMI card offer anything that the DVI card doesn't?

    I'm ever so confused!
