37" Plasma or 32" LCD for bedroom standard def viewing?

Hi everyone, looking for a new TV for the bedroom. Will be used mainly for SD viewing, at least initially, and fed via RF only for the time being from a Sky+ box.

I was looking at 32" LCD's, especially Samung LE32C530 which seems to have universal praise for its price point, but noticed some comments about motiona blur and lack of brightness etc for darker bedroom viewing. Therefore also looked at small plasma's instead and so Panasonic TX-P37X20 seems to come up with good reviews again, and can be had for £50-60 more than the LCD

Just wondered if anyone could comment on whether SD picture in darker conditions on an LCD will be somewhat miserable compared to a slightly larger and brighter plasma such as the Panasonic?

Many thanks

The Panasonic plasmas have a serious problem with the picture quality when showing UK TV.

Go for the C530 or perhaps a C580. Make sure that you mount it so that eye level is in the middle of the TV.
