    hi all

i use my samsung le32r74bdx for gaming and am very happy
with picture quality however theres one thing thats bugging me
why do some games look good and other games look very dull.

for example games like farcry/quake 4 and cod2 look fantastic with excellent
contrast and bright vibrant colours but some games like king kong and
perfect dark zero look slighty blurred with poor colours and bad contrast
i dont think its the tv so it must be the games.

i would be interested to know if anyone has experienced the samething.

PD0 is a drab and ugly game anyway, so don't worry, it is the game. :)

King Kong is a very dark game which LCD's typically struggle with. I have the LE32R41BX and for games like this using the brightness sensor and component connection help greatly (cant use it with VGA) Theres also a patch for King Kong that allows gamma correction in the options which helps.

As for PDZ that has heavy intentional motion blurring effects added which should explain your problems with that.
