Hey guys. I got the 20% off Asda voucher from yesterday's News Of The World but as I posted earlier I couldn't find an Asda with a seperate 360 premium pack. They had bundles for £360 but downright refused to split them.

Curry's wouldn't pricematch the Asda voucher:mad: , but guess what...Gamestation did:thumbsup:

The guy said he'd do it because Monday was a notoriously slow day with minimum takings. He had to make a few phonecalls in order to do it.

I thought I'd post this as the John Lewis code is useless at the moment as they have NO 360's in stock and neither it seems do Asda.

If you want your 360 for £223.99 like I did, it's worth a try going into Gamestation today with your Asda voucher and asking for the pricematch.

If you do try, let's hear how you got on?

was the 20% offerfor a bundle though? If not then it's worth arguing the toss with the store manager during busy periods.. It almost suggest you can't buy a pizza without also having to buy coleslaw, salad and beers...

We dont sell the 360 seperatly in asda at all though, gamestation and game etc make their bundles up instore and set their prices at head office. In asda we are supplied ny centersoft/igloo games and the 360's come in ready boxed in a bundle pack, we dont get any solo consoles delivered.

How strange! I bought mine from Asda in Bromsgrove on Saturday. Just the Premium console on its own for £223. Perhaps it's only certain Asda's ?

Nope, no store should be selling individual consoles. They may have decided to split the pack or made a mistake though. Ive sold the console's only to people and just stuck the games and accessories back into stock. Means a happy customer and more profit for us.
