32zp48 Sound Problem?

Hi

Got this set toshiba 32zp48, sets great, however, when i play a dvd from my panny hdd recorder the sound sounds very dull and i need to turn up the volume very high, sound on the tv or from hdd sounds fine, its conected with a monster scart lead.

So any ide's what i can do to help sort this out?

Sounds if the tv is working fine.
Changed the scart to another quality brand? Try the panny on another tv, see if it occurs then.
I use a coaxial digital lead for sound, try that if the hdd recorder outputs digital.

Hi,

I got the same problem when I try to listen to terrestrial TV through my external amp using the external phono connections. Still havent found a solution.
