Recently took the plunge and got the 32ZP48. After fiddling around with the settings found that the Progressive Scan mode produced a truley superb image. Really stunning. However the rest of the modes - the 100Hz interlaced - don't look quite right. They seem to have an ammount of flicker, and some noise on constant colour background areas. The menus in 100Hz mode, not active or natural, also have a really noticeable flicker. Pressing the still button on the remote produces a perfect frozen frame in progressive scan mode. However in the 100Hz modes it looks like it's capturing only one half of an interlaced image, say the odd or even lines and then doubling the lines up to give a really blocky image. Is this supposed to happen? Any help gratefully received, or confirmation that this is correct operation in 100 Hz modes, which would be a little disappointing.
