I got a new 32PF9830 in exchange for a 32PF9986 equipped with 1.3 sw version. It seems that 9986 has a much better sw. I had some problems with 9830 that I posted in the 32PF9830 thread.
Is it possible that software-wise Philips puts on the market a new tv that is worse than an old one ?
