I have a Tx32pb50 which has been away for repair due to the buzzing problem.

Well it came back and at first I noticed no difference , after a short while however I noticed that the buzzing now stops after the set warms up (say about 1hr)

The question is this, do I get it replaced (I'm waiting for a replacement at the moment) and risk getting a set which will buzz all the time as it would not of had the modification which my one has

    or

do I cut my losses and keep the current set which in every other way is fantastic

    WHAT DO I DO??????????............HELP !!!!!

    Is it new?

If I were you I would exchange it for the new one, and if that one buzzes then keep complaining/changing until you get one you are happy with - I would never accept sub-standard equipment! You are paying enough for it after all!
