32FQ75 öööööööö Help!!

I have just recieved a brand new 32FQ75, and i keep getting these pictures on the screen

öööööööööööö - About 15x10mm Black in colour

They apear ramdomly, on every channel, and scart.
And even some green shapes apear on the screen, abit smaller but still as irritating.

What are they, and what should i do??

Just phoned up, the place i bought the TV, told them my problem, and he said he would look into it, and phone me back.
I thought yeah right!!! he phoned back and told me that he would change to TV this afternoon. I nearly fainted! Icouldnt beleive it!!!
