32" TV

TV plus is just a name they give for giving personalize smart tv, you choose some preferences and it gives you content based on those preferences, nothing fancy.

response time or input lag? Input lag for gaming is usually decent on any tv now (sub 50ms) and Samsungs are usually the best of the lot, however I haven't seen that very tv tested so no idea for sure. Response time will likely be about average, only OLEDs really have fast response times.

Thanks Yes, I meant Input Lag....

Noticed Sony have some 32" tvs with HDR. I thought HDR was only a 4k thing?

Anyway will probably go for the Samsung unless anybody got any better suggestions.

They have a wide colour gamut that means they can show better colours with HDR only. Problem is we don't know much else about them, what panel type do they use? Likely poor contrast IPS.

At 32" I would look at the Sony WD603 and Samsung K5500/K5600 i'm pretty confident at least then you get a VA panel.

But if you can still find a 2014 Samsung H6400 (refurb/second hand) or a Samsung J6300 those are both better tv's than you can get now despite being 2 years old.
