    Hi,

Does anyone have the above set, and is it any good?

it seems to have a better spec than tosh's strata tv, having progressive scan (PAL) etc

    Cheers

    I had this set.

The flexible connections spec couldn't make up for the terrible picture processing, so I sent it back.

I'm not sure if mine was just part of a bad batch, but the picture just wasn't up to scratch.

I too have one of these - see earlier posts for comments !
Pleased with it, good pic from DVD, ps2 + component leads and even just run of the mill RF or freeview viewing (in a strong signal area).

It is not particularly good for sports esp. footy, but the number of picture tweaks get good results for most viewing situations. Dramas and Docs with a good production source i.e not some of the compressed images on certain channels look particularly clear and lifelike.
Is still some dirty screen effect on occassions but think its getting better. Very good connectivity.
As said, look back at earlier comments for more though I seem to be very much in the minority who like it.

    Me too...
I don't know how much in a minority we are?
I have a 32PS20 same inside except sound. I like the picture with storng signal,
even for Football, you just have to decrease the amount of
    digital processing.

For football i don't think it is the Pana it might just be the hard compression of original source material.

Only thing I have to do is to do a exernal manual demagnitizing, I have a
    few dirty screen blotches.
I did fix the same type of problem on
my first panasonic by doing a manual demagnetizing.
