So, having just decorated the bedroom, the Mrs now decides we (she) needs a better TV that does everything.
Currently its an LG 32" something or other that's sort of smart with a few apps, but in all honesty isn't supported any more by LG, runs slow at trying to be half smart, and the 'guide' function is the worst I've seen as it has no picture in picture, and mutes all the sound when using it. Wtf!!
It has a Roku stick plugged in to take up the slack but that itself is bloody slow and choppy, and of course needs another remote.
Now looking on here for some advice it would seem that the general consensus is that all 32" tv's are s**t, and anything below a billion inches is also not worth touching.
And yes anything over 32" would look stupid in our bedroom, sorry.
Soooo, is there actually something worth having that isn't too pricey, and is half good at what it does or would the best thing to have a set top box that takes over everything (if such a thing exists) TV,guide, catchup etc. And LG is just used for its screen and sound.
What do the experts say?
Cheers
