32" or 42", Sony or Samsung?...

Time to decide which LCD to get, but haven't found any concrete advice to help. Here in Sweden there aren't that many shops that stock all the TVs i'm looking at so comparing them isn't easy.
We'll be max 3m (9.8'!) from the screen, so thought a 37" would be best, but the choice isn't great for a 37" screen. A Philips 9830 is costs too much and haven't seen many reviews of the Sharp LC37GD7E.

So it'll probably be a Sony or a Samsung:
Sony KDL-V40A11E (euro version of the 12 i think)
Samsung LE40M61B
Samsung LE-40M51B

Sony KDL-V32A11E
Samsung LE32M61B
Samsung LE-32M51B

32" or 40"? Mainly used for cable TV, DVDs (not from HDMI output yet, but within the next year), possibly a PS3 when it arrives...

Any thoughts?

If you're max 3m from the tv I wouldn't go for a 40". I've got the Samsung LE32M61 and I'm quite happy with it. It has any connection you want and the picture and colors are very good I think. But I don't use it to watch tv, only for gaming and especially the xbox360
