Do these actually exist? And are they any good?
I want to be able to switch between 50 and 100 at any time if possible.

We've just bought a Toshiba 32ZP48. It has a 'natural' scan mode which looks to me like a 50hz mode (you can switch it into 100Hz scan mode) It has other modes as well (active/progressive) You'd have to email Toshiba to get a defintive answer but i must say in ALL the non-progressive scan modes the picture exhibits absolutely no flicker or de-interlacing motion artifacts (in fact that's why we bought it after a lot of research - we wanted a 50/100hz switchable set but I couldn't locate one - but with this Toshiba set I don't need it the picture is supberb in all scan modes) regards, yt

Sony's high-end DRC models (such as KD-32DX200) allow you to switch between 50Hz and 100Hz modes.
