Hi all,
I saw a similar thread on the page but the OP found an ex-display model so it finished quickly before any suggestions could be made.
I'll be honest and say I know next to nothing about TVs. I've been reading a lot of reviews and trying to find a suitable TV myself but I'm finding it difficult to narrow it down. The reviews tend to put me off a model when it mentions things like "judder" or "motion blur" which just seems like quite a flaw to me when a TV can't play something smoothly. However, it might be the reviewer being critical and in normal use it would be barely perceptible.
I'll be primarily using this to watch TV (hooking up to Virgin Media cable), movies (played by laptop), and in the future maybe hook up a games console on it. My criteria:
-32" to 40" in size
-Budget around £500
-Full HD (1080p), but will be used to watch SD and HD
-No motion blur or at least reduced to a level I will not notice - very important
-Low input lag for console gaming
-Internet TV if possible but not a deal breaker
Appreciate it if someone could make some recommendations
Thanks
