Currently I have SKY+ and multi-room which I think costs me around £54 per month.

Now my house is getting renovated and I will have 3 flat panels to feed......

How bad does Sky+ look on decent quality 40 - 50 inch LCD's? The reason I ask is that I need to decide whether to feed SKY HD to the panels or or whether I can get away with SKY+ on two of them and HD the other.

Does anyone else have 3 boxes like this.....any deals.......approximate costs?

    I have:

SKY HD in the living room
    SKY+ in the master bedroom
Normal SKY in one of the other bedrooms.

I am £73.50 a month for all the channels on all the boxes, although I am getting movies free for a while because SKY cocked me around.

Unless you have a need to watch HD in 3 rooms simultaneously, you might consider if running suitable cables from your HD box to the other displays is a more cost effective alternative. (not that long HD cables are cheap though...)
