can anyone help me with these questions?

    1. i'm currently connecting my pwd8 to my pc via using 6800 card via vga cable. would a dvi board for screen and a dvi cable from pc to screen make picture any better than it is now? i think the picture is quality via vga by the way.

    2. i've tried getting the service menu up by holding vol- on screen and pressing status button x3 but it doesn't work. what am i doing wrong?

    3. do you need "wobbling" on or off for the pwd8 screen when using pc for games etc? for screenburn?

    thanks

    1. Will be sharper with DVI. DVI card is a bit stubborn though, I still use VGA. However you'll want the DVI card for HD stuff when it comes

    2. I never reliably get this up. If I remember I usually have volume at minimum, then I get stroppy and just start randomly pressing both vol- and status button over and over again until it kicks in. The thing is once it appears, if you press status again it goes again!! Unless you fancy yourself as a bit of a calibrator I would stay clear of any adjustments, nice to find out hours etc, but if you don't know what you're doing you are FAR better adjusting using the normal user interface. It's comprehensive enough!

    3. Should be on for best protection - I think it's useless myself and just annoys me when I see the picture shift out the corner of my eye!!

The VGA input takes just about anything you throw at it and displays it one way or another, the DVI input will only accept native resolution or HD signals, and will often kick up a fuss if your resolution setting is just a fraction out or if you change quickly between PC and Video resolutions.
