I've just hooked up my new dvd recorder (Panny E55) and have started archiving some of my old VHS tapes. It's a bit fiddly, keep changing scart leads and changing the (recorder)input from RGB to composite all the time.
So my question is: Is there any noticable difference when sending a composite signal from the VCR via Scart lead as opposed to a 3 phono -> 3 phono lead?

Hope the question makes sense

    Many thanks,

    Mark.

It is very unlikely that you will notice any difference. Go with the most convenient method.

    Mark,
Thanks very much for the reply. Using the 3 phono lead will be much more convenient :smashin: .
