Does anyone know of/have experience with a 3-Chip DLP projector that isn't earth shatteringly expensive?

I'm trying to find one in about the same price range as an 7-8" Barco or Runco data proj.

Sadly it's not for me, or even H/C use, but maybe someday they'll affordable enough for that kind of thing (and my wallet :D )

    Thanks

Look for units from Digital Projection, NEC or perhaps SIM2 have some of their old units lying around. You are not going to get one for under £15,000 I'd think. More likely around £20000+ I'd also consider looking at a JVC G150 Dila.

Thanks Gordon. Was thinking it would be around £20,000 odd. Better than the bottom of the range Barco 3-Chip - I think that one is about £35,000!
