3.5mm Jack to Optical

need one of these to connect my Apple Airport to my reciever via optical.

did have one but 'all of a sudden' the optical doesn't fit anymore!

can anyone recommend a good one?

I use the Monster one for mine - dedicated 3.5mm jack rather than snap-on adaptor ... can get online or through AppleStores for about £20 ...
