Hello,I currently have sky+ up in my home cinema room and a 2nd standard box downstairs. If I replaced the standard box with a 2nd sky+ box, would I be able to receive 5.1 sound (movie channels etc) through a 2nd digital amp downstairs?
Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

Even with a single LNB input the SKY+ can access and output DD5.1 audio via it's optical link from a suitable SKY movie or a Disney movie. If you want to use the recording features then you will need to add a second LNB input to the new SKY+ (Quad LNB should have a spare output) and I assume you already have a mirror subscription with a package that waives the SKY+ fee on the current box, a second SKY+ box using the mirror sub would also exempt from the £10 fee.
